Handleset Thick Door Spindle
The Kwikset Thick Door Spindle is designed to be used on all Kwikset Single and Double Cylinder Handlesets that are going to be installed on a door thickness of 1-3/4" to 2-1/4". This spindle is a direct replacement for the standard spindle that comes assembled with all Kwikset active handlesets. You will need additional parts to complete the handleset extension from 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick doors. See the "Quick Reference Chart" at the bottom of the item page.
