A: If you live outside of Texas, there is no sales tax. Because we’re located in Tomball, TX, all shipments within Texas will have a 8.25% sales tax.

A: Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $299 if you live anywhere in the United States other than Alaska and Hawaii. You can find more details here.
Q: “Can you ship products to international locations?
A: We can ship products to virtually any address. The only restrictions are some products which cannot be shipped internationally for legal or logistical reasons. For more check out Shipping and Returns.
Q: “How fast will I get my order?”
A: Most orders placed before 5:00 P.M Central Time are shipped the next business day. Q: “If I’m not satisfied, can I get a refund?”
A: We are committed to 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with the order you receive, then as long as it is not removed from its original packing and is worth more than $15, you can claim a refund anytime within the first 30 days.
Within 60 days of purchase, you may also exchange your product for another in our inventory. As long as the merchandise you received is defective, you do not need to pay the 15% restocking/exchange fee for returns.
