Returns Policy:
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee applies to returned merchandise unless defective. Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of receipt. Return shipping is paid by the store only when the return is the result of an error (incorrect or defective item). Products must be in the original packaging, not damaged and not installed in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with returned items and any information noted on invoice about reason for return or what to exchange products for. Please send products back in original product packaging and place in a box. Products can not be returned if installed.

Shipping:
Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground or expedited UPS options. Shipping is available only to the United States. We do not ship on the weekends, orders placed on the weekends will ship the next business day.
Customers in the greater Houston area, or within a 60 mile radius from our warehouse, may collect orders directly from our warehouse. Please select "Pickup (Collect from Store - Tomball Warehouse)" as the Shipping Method during checkout, then visit 10602 Hufsmith Rd, Tomball, TX 77375 once your order has been updated to "Awaiting Pickup". Our hours are 7am - 4pm (CT), Monday to Friday.
In-Store Pickup:
