Mechanical & Finish Coverage: Both are covered for as long as the original purchaser occupies the home where the product was installed.
Electronics Coverage: Electronic components are covered for 1 year from purchase.
Authorized Seller Requirement: Warranty applies only to products purchased from Kwikset-authorized sellers (like Door Locks Direct); unauthorized purchases are not eligible.
Exclusions: No coverage for misuse, improper installation, chemical damage, commercial use, modifications, or mixing Kwikset with non-Kwikset trim; warranty is non-transferable.
Claims Process: Proof of purchase and defect description required; Kwikset may provide troubleshooting or replace the product and supplies a prepaid return label if a return is authorized.

Great Product!
Wife wanted all exterior door brass hardware replaced with satin nickel. This is what I selected for the front door and it looks great. Easy to install and the schlage sense dead bolt is awesome. I really like the auto lock feature and the app makes the setup a breeze. This is a second home so the remote unlocking capability with my phone is really nice. Also by using doorlocks direct this was keyed the same as all the other hardware I purchased which was awesome!
