B80 Series One-Sided Deadbolt
The Schlage B80 Deadbolt is a one-sided standard duty deadbolt. It is specifically designed for rental property and to protect tenants from someone gaining access with a key. If the tenant is home and has this deadbolt locked, there is no way for anyone to gain access with a key (there is no cylinder on the exterior side). There is no exterior plate or exposed trim.
