Schlage / B60 Deadbolt / Single Cylinder

As a builder, it is critical for us to provide on time and quality products to our customers, We have placed 3 orders from Door Locks Direct in the last couple of months, every order was received quickly and accurately, their product pricing was very reasonable compared to many other sellers. Their customer service representative was pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to order their products!

I bought these for several reasons. Known good quality of Schlage, past experience with Schlage products. With Schlage, you know the screws will line up, and everything will install easily. These are quality hardware, not throwaway junk. Also, this company (unlike those selling on Amazon) offered keyed alike deadbolts. Now I can use one key for the front and back doors. In addition, I was able to purchase a few extra keys at a very reasonable price. So, although I paid a few more dollars than what I may have had I ordered them on Amazon I feel the great service and "extras" were well worth it. Incidentally, when the order arrived (safely packed) there was a note in the box informing me that my key code will be kept on file should I ever need it. That's good service. And the mark of a quality company. Thank you, Doorlocksdirect!

Ordered two of these deadbolts plus matching keyed entry knobs to replace old worn-out Kwiksets. I sought out this Schlage model based on "The Wirecutter" (NY Times) review (Jan. 25, 2021) which rated the B60N "The Best Door Lock." There seems to be no difference between the "B60" and the "B60N" from what I could find online. I was very pleased that every lock I ordered from DoorLocksDirect was keyed the same, which does not seem possible when ordering from Amazon. The key is a little stiff at first, but some WD40 with Silicone helped, and the installer said that the key would get smoother over time as the edges wore down. Highly recommended.

I just received the order I made January 7 for the deadbolts, lock extension kits and extra keys and I want to tell you how appreciative I am of receiving the complete order so quickly! I tried to order the exact items from 2 other sources and directly from the manufacturer only to be told there would be a 6 to 8 week wait on the extension kits. My new building with a custom super-insulated door would still be unsecured for 2 months had it not been for you. Be assured I will recommend you to anyone I know who is build anything and needing a quality lock-set with a prompt delivery! I thought Customer service was nonexistent but its still alive if you know where to find it. Again, thanks very much!
