Kingston Keyed Entry Lever
The Kingston lever is part of Kwikset's light commercial series product offering. The Kingston is a non-handed lever design (will work on right or left hand doors), concealed screws, and meets or exceeds Grade 2 security testing. ADA approved in all functions. Meets UL 3 hour fire rating for all functions. This is a great product for multi family housing projects.

FUNCTION: Keyed Entry Lever / Typically used on front or back doors.
Both levers are locked or unlocked by key outside and pushbutton inside.
When the interior lever is pushed down the lock automatically unlocks
and will remain unlocked upon closing unless the pushbutton is pushed in before closing.
This feature allows for immediate exiting during an emergency.
HANDING: This lever will work on either a right or left hand door application.
Reversible lever chasis (non-handed product).

Mechanical & Finish Coverage: Both are covered for as long as the original purchaser occupies the home where the product was installed.
Electronics Coverage: Electronic components are covered for 1 year from purchase.
Authorized Seller Requirement: Warranty applies only to products purchased from Kwikset-authorized sellers (like Door Locks Direct); unauthorized purchases are not eligible.
Exclusions: No coverage for misuse, improper installation, chemical damage, commercial use, modifications, or mixing Kwikset with non-Kwikset trim; warranty is non-transferable.
Claims Process: Proof of purchase and defect description required; Kwikset may provide troubleshooting or replace the product and supplies a prepaid return label if a return is authorized.

Mechanical & Finish Coverage: Most Schlage residential products include a Limited Lifetime Mechanical and Finish Warranty.
Electronics Coverage: Smart and electronic products carry a 3-year electronics warranty.
Original User & Authorized Seller Requirement: Warranty applies only to the original residential user, is non-transferable, and requires purchase from a Schlage-authorized seller (like Door Locks Direct).
Exclusions: No coverage for labor, normal wear, improper installation, misuse, environmental damage, commercial/common-area use, or Oil-Rubbed Bronze finish changes.
