The Kwikset Extended Lip Strike Plates Round Corner are the perfect solution for thicker door jambs. Strike plate width is measured from center of screw holes to leading edge of strike plate. These strike plates are individually packed and include two mounting screws.

Extended strike corner-exactly what we needed
We are remodeling and added the thicker, square trim that's so popular right now. Little did we realize, our new trim could get beat up if we didn't find a longer strike plate. Big box stores somehow don't carry them-not sure why with the popularity of this trim. Next attempt was a big online website we purchased. Strike plates were extremely flimsy and very pricey. Researched a little more and found these. They are good quality and we paid less than half the price. So glad we found this website! By the way, if you look at other similar online hardware website, look carefully because most of the others say there is a 4-6 week delay. These arrived quickly-no delay here!

Heavy duty and perfect size
The standard strike plates did not fit our 1800s doorframes. These were inexpensive, but well-made and great fit!
