LIMITED BY DATE. Can be used anytime within the date range set. Ideal for house vacationers who are meant to only stay from one date to another.

LIMITED BY WEEKDAY AND TIME. Can be used anytime or recurring within set dates and times. For housekeepers and others that consistently come on certain days and times.

ONE-TIME WITHIN 24 HOURS. Can only be used one time within the next 24-hours. Ideal for giving access to contractors who require a single instance of entering your home.

Mechanical & Finish Coverage: Both are covered for as long as the original purchaser occupies the home where the product was installed.

Electronics Coverage: Electronic components are covered for 1 year from purchase.

Authorized Seller Requirement: Warranty applies only to products purchased from Kwikset-authorized sellers (like Door Locks Direct); unauthorized purchases are not eligible.

Exclusions: No coverage for misuse, improper installation, chemical damage, commercial use, modifications, or mixing Kwikset with non-Kwikset trim; warranty is non-transferable.

Claims Process: Proof of purchase and defect description required; Kwikset may provide troubleshooting or replace the product and supplies a prepaid return label if a return is authorized.
