The Burbank lever is part of Kwikset's light commercial series product offering. The Burbank is a non-handed lever design (will work on right or left hand doors), exposed screws, and meets or exceeds Grade 3 security testing. ADA approved in all functions. Meets UL 3 hour fire rating for all functions. The Burbank lever features push-button locking on privacy and keyed functions, making it ideal for both heavy duty residential and light commercial applications, including retail, apartment buildings, assisted living facilities, and other multi-family housing. - If you want a dummy lever on both sides of the door, you will need to order two of this item.
- If your door has been pre-drilled with an 1-5/8" or 2-1/8" crossbore hole (standard hole size for functioning door hardware), a dummy function will not work. You can use a passage function without the latch. If you use a passage function, the hardware will not be rigid; it will rotate like a normal passage function.
