Mechanical & Finish Coverage: Both are covered for as long as the original purchaser occupies the home where the product was installed.
Electronics Coverage: Electronic components are covered for 1 year from purchase.
Authorized Seller Requirement: Warranty applies only to products purchased from Kwikset-authorized sellers (like Door Locks Direct); unauthorized purchases are not eligible.
Exclusions: No coverage for misuse, improper installation, chemical damage, commercial use, modifications, or mixing Kwikset with non-Kwikset trim; warranty is non-transferable.
Claims Process: Proof of purchase and defect description required; Kwikset may provide troubleshooting or replace the product and supplies a prepaid return label if a return is authorized.

Better than big box stores
Was able to find what I needed, which big box stores did not carry. Fast delivery too.

Kwik set Arlington door lock set.
Recently refinished front door. Old lock set was same as the Arlington (it had Titan on the deadbolt, but I learned Titan is/was a division of Kwikset. Important that screw hole on the outside matched with hole pattern of the handle. Old mechanism was worn out. New set is a perfect match. Took me only 10-15 minutes to install. Very pleased!

Nice looking finish
Door Locks Direct is the best place to order this item. The big box stores don't even show the antique nickel is available. I had to have this finish to match existing hardware. Door Locks Direct knew what I needed. Looks great and feels more solid compared to my old wore out one.
