Electronics Coverage: Electronic components are covered for 1 year from purchase.
Authorized Seller Requirement: Warranty applies only to products purchased from Kwikset-authorized sellers (like Door Locks Direct); unauthorized purchases are not eligible.
Exclusions: No coverage for misuse, improper installation, chemical damage, commercial use, modifications, or mixing Kwikset with non-Kwikset trim; warranty is non-transferable.
Claims Process: Proof of purchase and defect description required; Kwikset may provide troubleshooting or replace the product and supplies a prepaid return label if a return is authorized.

door striker
This was very easy to use.

Perfect Solution
Had a entrance door that wouldn't latch correctly unless you gave it a hard pull. Needed to move the strike plate 1/8" without plugging and drilling holes. Used a deburring tool in my drill to remove some wood to allow movement of the new plate. Used same screw holes to mount new plate. Door latching perfectly now with no effort. Easy fix. Thank you!

Only came in shiny brass and now I have to antique it somehow. I could only use top place as the bottom plate did not match holes in the original strike plate.. Shipping on this was $15.00 ...what. You can priority ship for way less that that. But I can latch my door shut now so am happy.
