Electronics Coverage: Electronic components are covered for 1 year from purchase.
Authorized Seller Requirement: Warranty applies only to products purchased from Kwikset-authorized sellers (like Door Locks Direct); unauthorized purchases are not eligible.
Exclusions: No coverage for misuse, improper installation, chemical damage, commercial use, modifications, or mixing Kwikset with non-Kwikset trim; warranty is non-transferable.
Claims Process: Proof of purchase and defect description required; Kwikset may provide troubleshooting or replace the product and supplies a prepaid return label if a return is authorized.

Product was very helpful for helping the door close tighter without having to fill and redrill the screw holes. I only wish I could make the fit even tighter.

Surprisingly these are hard to find esp. in local retail such as Home Depot so I stumbled across this nice online specialty retailer out of Texas, one of the few offering these, and even spoke to a nice rep. who helped with some shipping concerns. Item arrived as expected and exactly as described. I am very satisfied and will shop here again.
