The SmartCode 955 Commercial Grade touchpad is a keyless entry electronic lever. It also features SmartKey Security as the back-up keyway. Property managers can disable the Passage Mode so that it auto-locks every time and a key or code is always required for entry. This is ideal for restrooms in restaurants and gas stations. For added convenience, property managers can program the lock from the outside with a programing code. You can program up to 30 user access codes that can be customized for sharing with employees, maintenance personnel and service professionals.

design and durability of product
Very much stronger than the 911, with easy programming. I would prefer a non-smart key cylinder to allow for master keying.

Kwikset 955 PML 11P SMT
Very robust lock, much better than the Kwikset 911 that I had to replace. I maintain several pushbutton locks at my kayak club's lake cabin, for rental cabins, and will now replace all the 911's with 955's. Very simple to install and program, good selection of options. I just with the SmartKey would allow more than one key to be programmed, as we have a master key system at the club.

Great Lock
Our builder was giving me a problem on replacing our door lock into the garage, so I solved the problem. Door Locks Direct had this lock in stock and they helped make sure I got the right finish on the lock. They then keyed the lock for me and then assisted me with instillation. Now I can get from my garage into my hose with no problem (I generally don't carry my keys any more). Works perfectly! Great People do deal with!
