The SmartCode 955 Commercial Grade touchpad is a keyless entry electronic lever. It also features SmartKey Security as the back-up keyway. Property managers can disable the Passage Mode so that it auto-locks every time and a key or code is always required for entry. This is ideal for restrooms in restaurants and gas stations. For added convenience, property managers can program the lock from the outside with a programing code. You can program up to 30 user access codes that can be customized for sharing with employees, maintenance personnel and service professionals.

Mechanical & Finish Coverage: Both are covered for as long as the original purchaser occupies the home where the product was installed.
Electronics Coverage: Electronic components are covered for 1 year from purchase.
Authorized Seller Requirement: Warranty applies only to products purchased from Kwikset-authorized sellers (like Door Locks Direct); unauthorized purchases are not eligible.
Exclusions: No coverage for misuse, improper installation, chemical damage, commercial use, modifications, or mixing Kwikset with non-Kwikset trim; warranty is non-transferable.
Claims Process: Proof of purchase and defect description required; Kwikset may provide troubleshooting or replace the product and supplies a prepaid return label if a return is authorized.
