Some additional features include:
- You can store 30 different (4-8 digits) user codes + 1 one time temporary user code for one entry only.
- 10 digit light up keypad.
- An alarm will sound after three consecutive incorrect codes are entered.
- There is a low battery indicator light which alerts you when the batteries run low.
- 3 Year battery life with 9V battery included.
- Interior turn piece to switch to auto lock and passage mode.
- Reversible for right or left hand doors.
- Property owners can disable the passage mode.
- Silent mode - Disable the keypad beeps (low battery alarm will still work).
- Emergency egress - Interior lever is free to allow exit at any time.
- Key mode only - disable the keypad for a period of time when away on vacation.

Mechanical & Finish Coverage: Both are covered for as long as the original purchaser occupies the home where the product was installed.
Electronics Coverage: Electronic components are covered for 1 year from purchase.
Authorized Seller Requirement: Warranty applies only to products purchased from Kwikset-authorized sellers (like Door Locks Direct); unauthorized purchases are not eligible.
Exclusions: No coverage for misuse, improper installation, chemical damage, commercial use, modifications, or mixing Kwikset with non-Kwikset trim; warranty is non-transferable.
Claims Process: Proof of purchase and defect description required; Kwikset may provide troubleshooting or replace the product and supplies a prepaid return label if a return is authorized.
